I'm looking to transfer my lease for 1 bedroom in a 2Bed 1bath to someone from the end of January/beginning Feb until July, after which you can renew the lease again. There will be one female housemate who is a grad student at Penn. The building is Chestnut Hall Apartments. Just a couple of mins walk to Penn, and very close to Drexel as well. Many restaurants around here. ACME and CVS are within a 5 min walk. There's also a bus stop on the block. Washer/dryer on the floor. Garbage disposal on the floor. Indoor bicycle parking available. Full time concierge and locker room for packages available. Donut shop on the first floor of the building too! All in all very convenient.
Looking for a female who is tidy, preferably a grad student/someone working. Rent is 900+utilities, which totally comes up to ~$1000 a month. I will be happy to answer any questions and give you a tour of the place! Please feel free to reach out!
