This is a month-month lease (short term or long term) with one month deposit and a 30 day move out notice. We are looking for someone who doesn't need kitchen access.
The room comes with a sit stand desk (no chair) and a night stand and doesn't have a bed or a mattress. There is a mini refrigerator, microwave and a TV stand with mount (up to 65'' TV) in the room.
