I recently bought a new townhome in Rosedale Parks, hillsboro. It's a three bedroom with two and half bathrooms. I am in the process of purchasing the furniture and will have all of it by the end of this month. I am looking for some one who can move in and occupy the bed room. Rent would be 750(all inclusive), one month deposit required upon moving and one month advance notice needed before vacating. You will also have access to high end gymnasium and swimming pool with no additional charge. The townhome is located close to fredmeyer, 24 hour fitness etc and is ten minute drive to Nike and Intel. No guests, no pets, no smoking allowed.. Male or Female does not matter, all I ask is clean after yourself and bring good vibes. Move in available from January 1st.
