I have rented an 1100 sq.ft. 2bed 2bath apartment and I am looking for sharing the lease with a lady, for a year duration (~1800$ / mo OR ~900$/ person + Utilities) for an individual Bed + Bath, starting 22nd Mar. The apartment is relatively close to Microsoft Redmond campus and is a 2 mins walk from a bus-stand (245 bus). We have Walmart store nearby, along with few other grocery stores.

The apartment complex is â?~The Ridgedaleâ?T and it has a gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, free parking and club house facility. Internet is already setup. The apartment I currently rented is constructed brand new (~1 year). Please let me know if interested.
