Only a couple of minutes to I-405, 10 minutes to Microsoft and Evergreen Hospital.
Brand new carpet and newly painted. Dishwasher, microwave, laundry, oevn, refrigerator in the condo.
The room will have a separate bathroom. Rent is $850 per month. Utilities and parking extra. Utilities will be shared 50/50.
Available now for 2-3 months and possible to renew for 12 months or longer thereafter.
