Hi,
We are a Gujarati family hosting a lunch event for 40 people in our house in Norwalk, CA on February 10, 2019.
We need help of 8 hours from morning 8 am to 4:00 pm (8:30 am at the latest) in making chai, serving food items, washing utensils, taking out trash and general cleaning /prepping before, during and after the event.
We are using disposables everywhere so it will mostly be chai utensils and occasional cookware if we use them to reheat the catered food. Basically, we need someone to handle the kitchen and fill in for help where needed while our functions are going on.
We are willing to pay $100 for the 8 hour service provided. Depending on our satisfaction in you, we will pay gratuity on top of the pay as well as recommend your service to others too. You will have to come by yourself to our house by 8:30 am at the latest.
Please contact me and we can negotiate what works best for you and us. If you think you have other services that you can provide which might help in our event, we are open to that too.
