The house is right beside the hidden creek community park and minutes to Orenco Max Station, Intel, Nike, Noble Woods park. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and ample natural light. The house has a nice backyard and plenty of street parking. Kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, and family room are on the main floor and will be the common area and the shared space along with the backyard. The bedroom and bathroom are on the upper level. Central heating & air conditioning. I am a single woman looking for someone who is clean and respectful. I like to be social but will give you your space, if preferred.

Utilities - monthly electricity and gas bills will be divided among the occupants(2).
