Hello everyone,
I will be moving to Washington state for first time for work in a construction project in Downtown Bellevue. Probably by end of March or Mid April.
Looking for 01 bedroom with attached bathroom in a shared house/apartment. Preferably close to Downtown Bellevue (work location). Trying to avoid travel time to and fro for work, but its flexible based on the availability of the accommodation. Its my first time, so do not have much idea about the neighborhoods, transportation and travel times.
Budget is within $1200 everything included, more economical more better. But its flexible based on the accommodation and location.
I am a working professional in early 30's moving from Texas to Washington. I am moving along with my 3 yr old dog Simba. He is very friendly and energetic. Always likes to play. So preferring a house with a place/backyard for him to play. But apartments are also fine.
I am ok with month to month basis or short term lease. Anyone have availability or looking for similar search for sharing, please feel free to pm me.
