I am looking for a guy to takeover my lease for a 2bed one bath apartment. The apartment complex is located in the U-district area closer to University of Washington (~10 min walking distance and 5 min by bus). Trader Joe's and Safeway, for daily grocery needs are both closer to the apartment. This place is also close to some amazing restraunts. Other person living in the apartment is a chill guy, knows cooking and likes travelling.
Looking for a vegetarian guy who can live at leaset until August 2019 (thats when the lease ends) or possibly extend the lease with my roommate.
