Last couple of years my toddler was well taken care off since birth by our Indian nanny who we plan to release in next some time as my son transitions to explore outside home.
This Nanny is very caring, clean, loving, gentle and take very good care of the kids.
All our time with us I have found her to be very polite , adjusting and accommodating.
She helps with all chores of the kids - good nice massage to the baby, bathing cooking fresh baby meals and feeding, and preparing dinner for us( as and when needed), folding baby laundry (ours again as needed).
She is very punctual about feeding the baby and ensures that the baby is well fed and doesn't hesitate to go extra mile so that baby is happy and well fed.
She doesn't drive but has our own travel arrangements set up to commute to Redmond(pref9-5), so she prefers working in Redmond/Redmond ridge area.
She rarely takes time off and is extremely punctual on her timings . She was also very open to feedback and is always willing to adapt. She helps kids to learn to speak as well in Hindi/Punjabi and teaches good manners.
I am sure which ever family hires will be happy and will consider themselves as lucky enough to get such a good nanny for their kiddo.
