Looking for a female roommate to share 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in redmond for July and August. The apartment is filled with equipped kitchen, Gym, In unit washer-dryer,
Rent is $1549 per month, water, sewage, electricity and Internet charges per month(not more than $50). All the above mentioned charges will be shared by both of us. There is a individual application fee $35 which the apartment management insists for each occupant in the apartment.
My roommate is moving out in 2 weeks and our lease is ending by september. I am also looking to move to a different apartment by September. If you are interested in Temporary accomodation from now until september let me know.
