This is a two-story house and the bedroom is located in the second floor. This bedroom has a King size bed and a dresser. Bathroom to be shared with one person. Overnight stay of personal guests not allowed. There is no storage space for your furniture or belongings. Parking available in front of house.
Rent is $700 per month for one person. Utilities cost is additional $100 per month.
Rent reduction if you baby-sit our 3-month old son. Full rent if no baby-sitting.
Move-in cost includes first month rent, Security deposit and Cleaning Fee. Move-in cost may be paid over few months if necessary.
