I am looking to sublease my large spacious 1 bedroom - 1 bath apt from Oct 24th onwards. I also open to someone renting the place without getting on the lease.
I live in Arboleda apartments right next to Costco on 183 & Whitestone Blvd. The apartment is walking distance to HEB, Costco and all the stores in 1890 Ranch. Its close (<3 mins walk) to bars (Whitestone brewery, Blue harvest grill, BJ's), eating joints (thunder cloud subs, chipotle, Verts, Starbucks) and groceries (HEB/Walmart). The apartment is right by 183 and it probably takes 10-12 mins to reach Domain or Riata park. Parmer & Mcneil are probably just 15 mins away.
The apartment is large with a huge balcony with fantastic views (check pics below). The balcony is perfect for hosting guests and for relaxing in the evening. The community is very new (built after 2008) with new appliances and valet trash. The community is very quiet as well with friendly neighbors and a lot of pet lovers.
I am looking for someone to take over my lease from the 24th of Oct. The lease runs till 21 Dec 2016 after which you would be able to extend it for the next year.
