I am moving to the Dallas area in February for work and would like to hire a chef/cook that can cook Indian meals for me (batches of cooking a few times a month).

I am use to eating north India cuisines and spicy food that isn't very oily (chicken tikka masala is one of my favorites). I would prefer someone that can cook in that manner.
