My mother is travelling from LA to Chennai via London on 0ct- 18th in British airways. She can take care of herself but need a little help access gates and talk to Security as she can speak Telugu and does not know much English.If you have a small kid and need some help to manage the kid she can do that. please let me know if any one travelling to Chennai via the route I mentioned.
