I am an administrator also doing an MPA program looking for a large bedroom or basement or studio with access to kitchen and that is accessible by public transport. I also volunteer at a nonprofit in Rosslyn. Need to get to Vienna metro in hour and half by metro/bus, wifi and washer dryer. I will also have 11 year old and 15 year old girls living with me, both studious readers. Willing to help around the house with tutoring, childcare, eldercare if needed for adjustment in rent.
