I am moving back to my home town. I am looking for someone to take up my lease for a single bedroom apartment in Hunters Run Apartments community, Beaverton, OR. The apartment floor plan name is "Ascot". I have the lease period till December 2015. I already paid the deposit of $350, so that you needn't to pay it again. Also the current market rent for the apartment is $1195(before water+ trash), but I am paying $1045+50 including the rent + water +trash.
