Fantastic location - First floor, with beautiful views from up the hill. Very nice and quiet as the unit is way up the hill from the road. Close to everything. Great Clips, Gas Station, Pediatric office, Safeway, Apna Bazar, Bartell Drugs, Trader Joe's, McDonalds, Restaurants, Teen Center, etc.,- all within walking distance. Bus stop right across the apartment complex. Close to Sammamish Library. Lake Washington Schools.
Pet and smoke free and in good shape.The rent is $1499/mo + utilities. You can renew the lease if you'd like after Feb 29, 2016 by working directly with the management.
