We are looking to transfer our lease for 2 bed & 2 bath apartment in Redmond downtown area (next to Redmond transit center, Chelsea square apartments). The lease ends in 24th of October and the house is clean and well maintained with no pets. Currently the same floorplan has rent rate ranging from $2100 to $2200 and at lower levels. Our apartment is at the top level.

Current rent is $1680 and can be renewed.
The lease can be extended at the end of the term (oct 24th) for just $279 more for a 12 month lease.
To make it sweeter I will be forfeiting my initial security deposit, which the leaser will get. And will also throw in an additional $500.
So in all, the person who takes this will save close to $5000 compared to one who rents this apartment afresh.
