I live with my brother and we are looking for some awesome people to join us in my house on SE 89th & Brooklyn St! We're right between Division and Powell, and close to the I-205 freeway.
There are two possibilities:
A) You would have a private room and share a bathroom with only one person (my brother). There is space in the garage for storage. There's a washer and dryer. Our kitchen is fully equipped and we have a second (smaller) refrigerator available. We also have a TV, blu ray player, games, CDs, and books.
A) No pets
B) Non-smoking
Cost of renting is $500/month + $125 utilities (or you could read that as $625 a month, including all utilities) First and last month due up-front, plus $300 refundable security deposit. If you prefer a 12 month lease, the cost drops by $25/month. If you would like to SHARE the room with a 2nd person, +$100/month for added utilities, and +$150 extra security deposit. Simple application required for each applicant. Please respond to the email address or # (phone is preferred but is ok too). Room has had carpet cleaned and is available immediately.

B) I have two extra beds set-up in my large room with vaulted ceilings. They are just $300/month, all utilities included. If on a lease, the rent would be $25 less per month. You must be a female for option B as I am a female.
