- Extremely friendly, professional and helpful staffs and building managers, the best that I have ever seen.
- Safe neighborhood area, I often walk home late at mid night after work, never been an issue
- The lake union area is beautiful during the summer, jogging, kayaking, paddle boarding are all in walkable distance.
- Has an awesome game room and a beautiful lobby on the terrace which can be used to hang out with your friends and open 24/7

My unit is a 557 sqft one facing the courtyard similar to the layout below.Rent is $1635 per month, but you get a $2000 credit.
